Honesty and not insulting as are many other dealerships. First price is usually the best price as again compared to the other dealerships. Do not try to oversell on things I have no interest in. Friendly and knowledgeable. Service Department is top notch.

Andy Watson is an excellent service consultant! He arranged to have my baby seat installed in the loaner, and reinstalled in my car. He was totally considerate of my time constraints, and arranged to have my car ready to fit my schedule. In addition, he informed me that the timing belt should be replaced, and arranged to have that done in addition to the scheduled service. He couldn’t have been better to work with.
