My wife and I had an outstanding experience working with our salesman, Justin Patel, in negotiating and purchasing our new Lexus. Justin was courteous, respectful and professional throughout the process. He went over and above in accommodating our needs, effectively demonstrating all the features of our new NX 450. He was extremely patient in reviewing (over and again) the tech wizardry in the car.and accompanying us on an extended test drive. We have purchased many cars over the years, and this was hands down the best sales experience we have had.

You need to try this place if you're buying a car. I reached out on their website about test driving a CPO vehicle, and Isaac (my sales rep) responded quickly and professionally. I asked for a photo of the car. Instead he sent me a short, narrated video - addressing me by name (which he somehow pronounced correctly), and walked through the vehicle highlights. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted at the front desk, introduced to Isaac and off we went. The car was buffed, detailed, had a big red ribbon on it! I thought to myself, "did I already buy this thing?" While I normally might have been skeptical, it actually made me want this shiny and well presented car more! Well played, Isaac and team Lexus :). Onto the car. Isaac sat with me patiently answering my slew of questions about every possible detail that I read about the car, comparisons to other model years, and that of other manufacturers. As I tested many features of the car - he stayed engaged, positive, and helpful. Then we took the car out. Allowed me to focus on driving and not show me too much (which I find distracting). He read me well. He also allowed me to stretch the car's legs a bit. We returned, I met his colleagues Eddie (sales) and George (finance), both who were absolute pleasures to deal with. Their product specialist and management (names?) were friendly and welcoming. Isaac and the Team all added their personal touches to my experience. Haggled a bit on price (as I always do) which yielded nothing. But I did not feel any regrets. I am excited about my new vehicle. Lexus of Bridgwater is a fantastic to deal with but the star of the show is certainly Reniel Munoz. This is our sixth Lexus but the first time at this dealership. After making a general inquiry about a vehicle, Reniel promptly responded to my email and answered my plethora of questions patiently and professionally. Just this past weekend we bought an amazing car from the Lexus of Bridgewater. We had an phenomenal experience. Our salesman Justin Patel was one of a kind in his client orientation, explaining to us the process, making the test drive fun and informative and walking us step by step through everything.
