I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know about the unmatched customer service that I have received from Andy Watson in the Lexus of Bridgewater Service Department. Andy has gone above and beyond with helping me with all of my service needs over the past many years. Whenever I have any car related concerns or service needs, I immediately go to Andy. He has helped me with everything from getting a loaner during the Lexus recall a few years past, to helping me acquire wireless earphones after my daughter broke the ones for my cars DVD player. Andy, is without a doubt, the finest in his field, and truly personifies exemplary. We have owned five Lexus SUV's and one Lexus sedan, in large part because of the ease of service provided by Andy. We look at Mercedes and Range Rovers every time my lease is up, but each time I think that I am going to go with another brand of SUV, I find myself going back to Lexus, purely because I know that my service needs will be painless. I would go as far to say that if he ever went to work at another luxury car dealer, I would follow him there. I recognize that Andy has a huge support team in the entire department; from the men who take the cars when we pull in for service, to the men and women who work the front desk, to the mechanics and technicians doing the actual service, and they too should be recognized. However, I believe that Andy is truly one in a million.

Andy Watson is an invaluable member of the Lexus team, and I hope that this letter sheds the light upon Andy's level of excellence that he so deserves. Kudos to Andy for making life so easy, and being the c professional that he is. In an age where it seems that everybody has something to complain about, it is my absolute pleasure to sing Andy's praises.
