My sales associate, Justin Patel, was exceptional. No pressure, no games—just honest, fair negotiation and genuine respect. As a woman, that meant everything to me. I never once felt taken advantage of—only supported and treated like a valued customer. Justin worked with the used car manager, Scott, to get approval on my negotiations, and the process felt fair and transparent the entire time. Even when it came time to finalize everything, the finance manager, Jeff, was just as professional—no pressure to buy unnecessary add-ons or extras, which I truly appreciated. And then there was Logan 🐾 I brought my dog with me to make sure he’d be comfortable in my new Toyota Highlander, and instead of being an inconvenience, he was welcomed like family. Alex, whose desk was right next to Justin’s, was also incredibly personable—he brought Logan healthy treats and fresh water, and Logan ended up making a few new friends while I finished my paperwork.
