I have been purchasing vehicles from Lexus of Bridgewater for many years and I am very happy to report that the cars have maintained their high quality and the service at Lexus of Bridgewater has also maintained their high levels of service and quality. I just had a bicycle mount added to my new RX and the support and work done by the service department was exemplary. My service administrator Rich worked with me every step of the process -- including numerous reschedules because I had some medical issues. Fantastic experience here at Lexus of Bridgewater. Easy access on route 22. Plentiful inventory, friendly staff, straight forward finance process. Isaac Resek was my salesman and he was awesome. Very kind, informative, knowledgeable, and keeps his line of communication clear. The finance team is very responsive and explains the process smoothly. General staff is friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new car. Now for my standard comments. Location is clean and well kept.

Thank you Ren (Reniel Muñoz) for helping me make the right choice! My original intention was to buy the Acura TLX (I had purchased 2 previous Acuras). But I wanted to check out the Lexus hybrid sedan first. Ren is very knowledgeable, gave an overview of the features, reviewed the pricing, and then I test drove the car. I then said I wanted to test drive the Acura. He didn’t high pressure me, which I dislike about other car salespeople. He is patient and has a quiet confidence. In fact, he knows the competition very well – he told me what I would experience – and he turned out to be right! After test driving the Acura, I knew the Lexus was right for me. The next day I bought the car as Ren got me a good price, which I appreciate. Ren is great! He represents Lexus of Bridgewater well and the customer too. Make sure you ask for him the next time you go to the dealership.

My service representative, Andy Watson, and the technicians were relentless in identifying the root cause of my car's issue. They solved it even after I told them that I have given up and would just live with it. No, my 22 year old LS is good as new after all the aftermarket parts have been replaced with original ones.

Todd Van Gorp was excellent in helping secure my RX350. From when I first reached out he continued to follow up. The car I wanted was not available at their location and he was able to get the car to Bridgewater within a day. I prefilled a lot of the information out before I went in to get the car and the transaction was quick and seamless.

Working with this dealership was a seamless process. Trinity Tirado was a joy to work with. The car buying process can be stressful, but she actually made it fun. We had been shopping around for quite some time and narrowed our search down to Lexus and another car brand. Trinity spent a good amount of time with us answering our questions (we had a lot of questions), taking us on test drives, and did not over-sell us on anything. She did her job as a saleswoman without making us feel pressured. Our good experience didn't stop there! Once we finalized our deal, Joe was incredibly helpful in making sure we made the best financial decision based on our family's needs. He was very patient (again, we asked a lot of questions) and walked us through multiple options before helping us finalize the paperwork. As a first-time Lexus customer, this dealership was a great first impression of the brand. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

My car had an intermittent mechanical issue, that is tough to replicate to allow repair. My Service Advisor, Rich Wolsten and the repair crew worked on the problem for quite a while without a clear resolution. Probably just this attention will eliminate the problem. I appreciate their efforts.
