I have been a Bridgewater (DeFeo) Lexus owner since 1999. The staff is courteous, helpful and respectful from the Sales Department to the Service Department. I have been happy with the Valets to the Service Representatives over the years mostly working with Joel (the past 10 years) and Mary prior to that. The facility is clean, bright and hospitable.

Andrew Watson was fantastic getting my 2021 Lexus RX 350 in for it's 30k maintenance. I called him the day before and he had me in the morning with a loaner car. The service team was able to do the work needed and still had my car ready by 1:00 in the afternoon. The maintenance service at Lexus in Bridgewater has been consistently excellent. My car has almost 200,000 miles on it so on occasion the service being done can be expensive.
